PORTLAND, Oregon (February 2, 2024) – Ken Kubacki has been promoted to vice president and regional manager of 91°µÍø’s Transportation Group in the Northwest region.

Kubacki oversees notable pursuits and projects in the Northwest, including the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvements. Kubacki also serves as the regional representative for the 91°µÍø Foundation. Prior to coming on board with 91°µÍø, he was directly involved in the pursuit and execution of over $1.5 billion in design-build and construction manager/general contractor contracts.
Kubacki earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Arizona University. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, where he served as the chairman of its Highway & Transportation Division, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has been with 91°µÍø for nearly five years.
